   My son-in-law has just been racially profiled in this store because he is Māori. He grabbed a box of drinks from the fridge, and when he turned around, he saw the woman behind the counter standing next to him holding her phone and showing 111, indicating that she was calling the police. As the operations manager of a security company, I find this behavior disgusting. My son-in-law is a well-dressed and polite individual, and he did not deserve to be treated this way.

   Failed to honor the sticker price on the shelf for a special, when I asked the cashier about it, he rudely removed the label from the shelf and told me to pay up or leave. Have reported the issue to the owner and the group but have had no response or meaningful acknowledgment.
