They are unable to adapt to different people who may be suffering and explaining how they feel. The retail staff have no understand of mental health conditions and then start playing games by hang ups. And ignoring calls avoid !!!!!
Great people! I called at 5pm to ask time of closing and it was 5pm! However, she was willing to stay open to wait for me 5 minutes so I could grab my script.
Great pharmacy. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've visited this pharmacy twice, and I will definitely be switching my prescriptions over there. It's nice to speak to someone who takes their time to explain and not get annoyed with all the questions asked. Plenty parking and very spacious.
My prescription wasn’t fulfilled as they didn’t have enough in stock. I’ve now moved 5 hours away. I asked for the remaining 2 months of my 6 months and was declined as it wasn’t within 90 days of them not having in stock. I never knew this law. The uppity lady on the phone said it was printed on my receipt. I misplaced that. When it’s their fault they should contact the consumer and advise when back in stock. We are after all a customer and that’s what every other business would do. Plus I asked her to update my address and she didn’t do.
Normally very helpful. However, yesterday I was treated like a five year by a member of staff. It was a clear case of ageism. . I was given a maths lesson with a marker pen on a piece of A4 as to what 3x 10 is. I had failed to understand that a $30 voucher was in fact 3x 10 vouchers. I had only been told that I had a $30 voucher. My purchases were $15 so when I asked why I had to pay $4.99 without any tone or aggression. I was just trying to understand out came the pen and paper describing $10 + $10 + $10 = 30. Not even explained as 3x10. With irritated tone.
Wonderful pharmacy. They always spend time making sure I know how I’m taking my pills and they’re always sorting out my doctor’s mistakes. The customers are something else. I witnessed a blonde with a strong accent woman screaming at the staff for a good five minutes over $1. She then left a few racist remarks before she saw me staring at her.
Fred Thomas branch. Rude and unhelpful. No one out the front, could see me but carried on chatting. Charged $5 for a childrens prescription because they had to make the ointment up (which they wouldn’t do on the same day so I had to return in 24 hours). They were also $162 more expensive for a non funded medication compared to another pharmacy and refused to reduce when questioned about that discrepancy.
You've changed your summer hours without updating your customers, or your website, or even the door sign. I came there Saturday morning and saw your customers, just like me, wondering around trying to figure out why the place was shut. This is absolutely disrespectful towards the customers, especially when people rely on being able to pick up prescriptions on Saturday. Disgusting behaviour.
