   The pharmacist brushed me off for one of the medicine that i was prescribed saying it wasn’t very important as they were out of stock, after not getting better for almost a week i checked with the nurses and found out that was the main antibiotic i was supposed to take for my allergies. Instead of recommending a substitute or ask the doctor if it annoys you that much and literally risk someone’s health may be you’re working on a wrong trade.

   I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your pharmacy. A Chinese (Asian) female staff member, slightly overweight, was very rude and arrogant during our interaction. Her unprofessional attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope you will address this issue seriously to improve the overall customer experience.

   Review Title: Poor Communication and Service I have experienced significant issues with this pharmacy. They have consistently failed to respond to calls and have not informed me about the status of my prescription received from the hospital. This lack of communication and service has been very disappointing. I would advise caution when considering this pharmacy for your medication needs, as their service does not meet acceptable standards.

   Amazing and caring team! They are always super helpful and kind. I have quite the list of medication, mental health stuff and im trans which makes life challenging at times but here im always treated really well and looked after. Best pharmacists in Auckland, maybe even NZ!

   Amazing pharmacy, the staff are super kind and organized even when having to deal with and try fix the constant headaches and mistakes from the GP clinic next door. I have since changed doctors but continue to come to this pharmacy. They always have all of my meds on time, have taken care to get to know me, and are trans friendly. They also know how to deal with WINZ printouts for disability payments. They also continue to wear PPE for covid. Highly recommend!

Her warm personality shone through even though she was wearing a mask. I felt so comfortable and reassured knowing that I was in good hands.    Very handy to the doctors easy to get my prescriptions filled and I don't have to wait very long at all not like a lot of places where I have to come back in an hour they're usually very very quick they have a really good selection of everything really that you need and especially the black current and glycerin lollies that I remember from my childhood back in those days I'm talking to 60s the only real chocolate you can get was black cooking chocolate was about 100% cocoa hard and bitter so the black current sweets were the nicest thing back then and they still haven't changed the staff are very friendly too and they're always giving you advice
