   Great place to meet and have a chat. Open and inviting, plenty of seating including a larger table and outside in the open courtyard of the mall main entrance. Not sure about their tea but the coffee has always been great. They have a kitchen and also fine chocolate pralines at the counter like in a Swiss cafe so that you can take away as a present or treat yourself.

   I only had a chi latte and sat down woth a client of mine he had the savory scone .it had a bit of a strange flavor but maybe it's ny taste buds as i was fasting , but the chi was great , a very clean tidy small cafe with friendly staff

   When I have visitors I always take them to the Majestic Tea House for their famously delicious Mocha's made with real milk chocolate. Mornings are the best for the cabinet food, nice selection and the slices I've tried were good. Cheerful service.

   UPDATE: 13/08/23 Very impressed with the follow up to our original review (see below) Majestic got in touch and offered to rebook our high tea with a full apology and discount. Went on Friday and it was lovely. Great service, delicious food, and plenty of it! We will happily return. SO disappointed. My daughter had booked a high tea for us as a belated Mother's Day treat. Had received confirmation including the menu. Arrived at the correct time and date, to be told there was no booking for us. Absolutely NOT the fault of the staff this morning, but the person who took and confirmed our booking wasn't there and denied all knowledge of it when his staff contacted him. We showed them the confirmation, but nothing could be done.

   Coffee and chocolates are lovely. The cafe used to close at 4pm but has extended to an hour more now, yay! It's nice how the French door opens out to the outdoor space on a fine day.

   What a lovely cafe, many Majestic teas to choose from, I really enjoyed the Eggs Bene and an Earl Grey. They have an amazing selection of designer chocolates as well as delicious looking cabinet treats. The staff were friendly and I observed some extra special treatment for an elderly couple that really brightened my day as well as theirs. I don't give 5 stars easily.
