Sales. Always sales. Insane sales. The markup anywhere else is ridiculous, this place is the way to go. Wouldn't really wear Chucks anywhere except gym, great for lifting. One thing worth mentioning though: very loud music and questionable Playlist.
Went to the store in dressmart. Asked to return an item and get refund. The 1st staff member said straight away that she doesn't know how too. She called another team member. The staff member took over 5 minutes trying to search for the item on the system from the receipt provided. As I was getting late, I asked for the receipt back saying i will come back another day. The attitude then shown by that staff!!!! He got upset at me for asking him to return the receipt (as if he was doing me a favour by doing his job properly). Really disappointed at the lack of customer service shown and apparent lack of proper training. Guess they are only nice when you are buying someting.

Such a great selection of styles. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sale was awesome! Got lots of good stuff for bargain prices. Staff by the name of Alexander is amazing.
guess what, i had finally found that sandy colour i like at the converse in the "outlet" dress smart, onehunga, saw the price, and the tag was clearly showing a price of $160, being reduced to $130, and you think, Ye that's great i have found the colour i was looking for and the price is being reduced, what a great time to be alive.. and you leave the shop with that outlet feeling where you just got yourself a "good" pair of shoes for a reduced price. few days after i enter in one of the normal converse shop in the city and guess what, the same shoes, same colour with a retail price of $130 !!! da faq?!? is somebody taking the piss? the onehunga price wasn't reduced at all but just pumped at the first time to just looked discounted. totally misleading and a very bad advertisment for a brand of that entity.
