   Been to this pharmacy twice to get my ears pierced, the first time they did my cartilage with a gun not knowing it could shatter my cartilage then ended out not being able to heal. Second time I went with a friend and the lady who pierced us put it in the wrong spot and is uneven my friend asked for them to place it in a certain area then the lady just said it would look funny and did it in another area that didn't even line up with her other peircings.The hygiene was also concerning she didn't change her gloves after using it on 3 different people and didn't clean the ear before peircing properly

   Just Booked in for an AIA health check, and came in to the pharmacy. Waited for my appointment for the check, and when I went in they did not have the equipment to do it. Apologised and sent me on my way, with no option to rebook or advice on when they will receive the equipment. Disappointingly poor experience unfortunately and more than likely would not bother trying again with this clinic

   Don't bother to book your vaccines online with this pharmacy. I booked mine weeks ago for myself and my husband, got several txt/email reminders, only to get there on time to be told they had run out! Perhaps better stock management is in order? Perhaps when you have bookings you don't give all the vaccines out to walk-ins? Will not be back. Unichem Northwest sorted us out and has never let me down yet.

   Called yesterday morning for flu vaccine and spoke to a staff Ellie couldn't get her name...was told open till 10 P.M...and if one person comes around 8 no problem as I told her about my job hours...drove from Glen Eden to the pharmacy...was told by a young guy that appointment needed after 5 P.M and also flu Vaccines we are out of stock..seriously out of stock.. ... miscommunication between staff...very pathetic

   The staff are just so lovely. By now they recognise me, and pretty much get my script ready when I walk through the door. There are two ladies, and one gentleman, and they are all very nice and friendly, especially the gentleman, who is always ready to crack a joke. I really feel cared for, and treated as a priority when I go there. I mainly use the prescription counter, but I do look through their mark down bins. You can find some awesome deals. They also have lovely gift set and other gift items like the most amazing soaps. It's a decent sized pharmacy and it has everything that you would need

   Don’t waste your time going to this pharmacy. I have repeatedly tried to get an AiA Vitality health check here and they always say come back tomorrow. I have rang ahead and they won’t let you book a time. Always come back tomorrow but in their case tomorrow never comes. I had the exact same issue at this pharmacy last year also. The staff are blatantly lazy and just can’t be bothered to do their job. They need to realise that they aren’t the only people who are busy and that some customers have to sacrifice time off of work to even get to the pharmacy during opening hours just to be turned away when they arrive.

   Beautiful place and helpful staff … my wife comes home very happy about the advice given by one of the retail ladies , don’t know her name because she had no name tag or uniform brown hair but I think she was wearing black ..and new . She was absolutely amazing and very understanding , we don’t speak a lot of English she spoke in French from her Knowledge and we was amazed . My wife gets very shy and she made her comfortable.. shots to her … definitely needs a raise .
