   Worst customer service, staff ignores customers. No greeting and rude expressions on both of the faces. I think you guys need diversity in Sylvia park store. I went Saturday during Black Friday sale offer but staff is not interested in sale and customers. I had really bad experience and so disappointed.

   I wish I had read the reviews about return issues before visiting this branch. I experienced terrible customer service while trying to return a jacket I purchased a couple of weeks ago. The staff member, Eden, accused me of tampering with the price tag, and when I asked her to compare it with the other jackets in the store, she had no response. She also incorrectly told me that she could only process refunds up to $200 and advised me to return when a manager was available. After reviewing the return and refund policy myself, I couldn’t find anything that supported what I was told. Why are managers not available on-site if the staff cannot process a simple return? This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I will never set foot in a Rodd & Gunn store again.

A special mention to Avneet – she was extremely helpful, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. She made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store!

   I ordered smaller size boots from what I needed (my fault), called the store and spoke to a young lady (can't remember her name). She was very helpful, assisted my partner with the return and sent correct size from another store. Resolved in minutes, great service.

   I’ve been purchasing stuff from rodd & gunn from a long time now and today i’ve got to experience the worst behaviour by a staff member at sylvia park outlet where I approached and asked for a tagless shoe price and for a size to try on, where in return I was straight away replied, “ DO YOU JUST WANT TO TRY IT FOR THE SAKE OF TRYING IT OR DO YOU WANT TO BUY IT, AS IT TAKES A LOT OF HARD WORK TO BRING THE SHOE”. I am not sure if this was an act of racial discrimination or laziness to work. Sorry to say but, I am never switching back to your brand again. Regards Arpit

   Got the wrong size T-shirt and went to exchange it, since they didn’t have it in-store so they had to order it in and I chose to have to sent to my house and the VERY NEXT morning it arrived in the mail after visiting the store the previous afternoon! I am genuinely shocked as to how quickly it arrived, I was in disbelief plus we live rurally! The exchange and sorting it out was really easy and the store person was very friendly
