I've been struggling with trying to fix or replace a worn Prada bag strap, but the team managed to find me a replacement Prada strap of exactly the same colour and even had extra holes put in. Frankly, I'm in disbelief at how smooth and communicative the team was. This is service the way all luxury brands should do it. Well done, and thanks again.”

My husband and I were in the Onehunga store a few weeks ago, looking for golf attire, the lovely lady at the counter was super helpful, (wish I got her name, but she was a beautiful island lady) she helped with sizing, then went ahead and got every colour in my husbands size to try on. Checking, if we liked the fit, offering other selections and just being genuinely helpful. It’s daunting taking my husband shopping, but she made this a fantastic experience, we purchased 3 shirts and a jumper. “The staff here are amazing! Went in yesterday, it was intensely busy and they were handling it like the pro's they are. I hope you all get paid well for your work because damn, you were good. Customers get so agitated when it's that busy, they want to get served straight away & patience is not their strong points but you all were juggling it all with such grace. Particularly one staff member, absolutely superhuman, you can tell they've been working there a long time. I love my sketchers~ but I'm reviewing because you better take care of that team!”

“It’s an iconic brand with excellent selection of clothing for all both ladies and gentlemen. I found huge variety of hoodies and jackets with subtle and vibrant colours. The specials were great and I got a few items at a bargain. The try rooms are clean and tidy partially because they open the room when you want to try and keep cleaning it up. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Rather than just saying they don’t have stock of any specific items they actually first check it. Since it’s in a mall parking is available but it’s a mission to find one on a weekend. Good luck shopping.”

“Note that all the bad reviews seem to be really old :) I had an awesome experience in store today. I'm autistic, and find the mall to be super stressful and overwhelming. Max was by far the most chill shop I went into - the layout is spacious and easy to navigate, quiet music, beautiful products, great sale prices. The lady at the counter was so helpful and friendly too, without being in your face about it. 10/10 recommend shopping here!”
