   I came here about a handful of times for various occasions. My overall impression is that it is a disorganized store with a limited variety of items. The service was a hit-and-miss. Some staff were kind but some were unpleasant. I came for a click and collect but there was no dedicated staff or area for this, ultimately having to queue up behind shoppers. Having to queue and wait destroys the purpose of c&c because by the time it is my turn to pay, I would have already found the items that I already have in mind. It ruins the retail experience. Moving forward, I am hoping you can follow what many other stores are doing and designate an area for it.

   I phoned to make sure they had my size, the attendant responded saying that there's plenty of jandals on the shelf they would be. However there wasn't thats wasting my time.

   My wife called in to ask about a black nike dri-fit cap, and the employee on the phone laughed and hung up the phone… not too sure if he thought I was a friend, but very unprofessional, especially because we drove from Henderson’s store after they had told us Wairau had one there. Please hire mature staff members.

   We showed up at closing due to broken boots at a football game and a tournament the next day. They were so gracious and generous. Keeping open late and helping us to find new boots. Thank you so much!

   I had a disappointing experience at the store today. I was holding a $300 pair of shoes along with other items and politely asked to use the restroom. I was told it was for kids only, and when I asked again if I could quickly use it, I was told to leave the store and use a public one nearby. I found this response surprising and unhelpful, especially considering I was clearly intending to make a significant purchase. It didn’t feel like an appropriate way to treat a customer (especially from the store manager) I decided to leave and shop elsewhere.

   Rebel had a lot of sportswear to choose from which was good. We spent a lot of time looking for the best possible shoes and clothing that we wanted to buy. we ened up buying a lot of stuff. sadly we went over the parking limit of 90 minutes but they were kind enough to not dine us. There were a pair of shoes that we didn’t like so we refunded it. Overall, great staff and customer service.

   Team helped us to find right shoes, shin gurd and socks and goalkeeper gloves. We were lucky to get last shin guard and goalkeeper gloves as all was ran out.Nice and clean changing room, good organized, well range of products

   Unfortunate experience with all three staff I dealt with. One when asking where something was: “oh it should be down there”, the other trainee on checkouts who was chewing gum like it was going out of fashion in my face was trying but clearly shouldn’t have been left on checkouts alone and the supervisor raising her voice to say HE’S TRAINING when I asked a question… I have worked in retail all my life and that isn’t how we were told to speak to customers. Just another mainstream , big box shop for the zombies run by people who would rather not be there. Sad… zzzzzz
