   I don’t often write reviews, We met a young man named Yash working at Taro Cash Manukau, and I felt compelled to share how exceptional his service was. He went above and beyond while helping us choose my brother’s school ball outfit, offering expert styling advice and valuable input at every step. Yash is professional, knowledgeable, and approachable, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. His dedication and service deserve recognition. His exceptional styling advice made the experience enjoyable. Yash is approachable, attentive even whilst working alone he catered to other customers as well and handled it well, and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding service. He exceeded all expectations only came for one thing ended up leaving with more then intended. He is a real asset to your team, his efforts should absolutely be acknowledged.

   Awesome service by Yash yesterday, I just had to mention it to his Manager. Warm and welcoming with great banter, his colour suggestions were on point particularly as I was struggling. I took my husband back today to get a jacket and Yash was there again, smiles all round, quick efficient service. Great deals too in store, looking forward to our next purchase. Thanks Yash!

   Real Poor Customer Service. Poor return and exchange policy. I went to return my Coat which I bought it for $261 after 10% disc. They were only returning me $113 out of it. Never seen this kind of exchange and return policy in my life. Went to the store 3 times in a week. At firs, they agreed to pay that amount and then said they can’t do because their limit to return was over. Then I saw the store manager was swearing at their employees and calling them the dodgy. Very very very bad experience from that store and I don’t want to recommend anyone to go to that store.

   Think the team need to work on customer service. My partner and I spent at least a good 20 minutes in the store. No hello or any interaction from the moment of entering the store to exiting. Ladies were more task focused than customer focused, discussing whatever it was at counter. And when purchasing the items, interaction was mostly non existent - only said total - no hi, thank you have a good day etc.

   I bought pair of shoes and had a stain on one shoe I just wanted to exchange to new one. I did not ask for refund or anything ! But staff refused to help me out in exchamging a faulty product which they should change under the consumer right if the product is faulty. Customer service is Zero guy name was Antonio told he is the store manager he was so rude and keep on refusing to help. If he was the store manager he should know better ! Treat your customers right. At least give me option to exchange to another shoe i was happy to pay whatever the balance too. First and last time shopping here I was treated like a enemy who came to their store. Any other shop would exchange the item. Bad service never recommend to any person. Please give your staff customer servive training if you were working in Dubai you would never be able treat customer like this. I was working in retail field too we never treat customers like this. Tarocash Manuku need customer service training and consumer right policy training !! Don’t shop here.

   Experienced bad customer service at Tarocash Manukau Mall. Went looking to find a suit for our son who has ball in December. The ladies totally ignored us and continued with their own personal conversation. When I spoke up about the service, I was responded with I should of asked for help. Totally unprofessional to have customer service assistance having a full on private conversation in front kf cistomers and being ignored. Felt like we were excluded from how we looked.

   Great when I walked into the store. The girl working was very helpful in picking out an outfit I needed. My go-to store for formal wear, quality clothing but the customer service had me spending.

   Bought few trousers and the sim came off, just passed 1 month , but staff refused to help. It is quality issue. Similarly belt was ripped opened within 13 months. You pay so much its better to buy from The warehouse and get better quality. Shame on Tarocash Management and staff.
