    II contacted Rodd and Gunn in Onehunga to order a T-shirt. Malcolm, the assistant there, was incredibly helpful. He quickly retrieved the item from the warehouse and took my payment over the phone. He kept me informed about every step of the dispatch process, which was crucial for my upcoming trip. Malcolm demonstrated exceptional customer service and professionalism in a short amount of time. I was impressed by his communication and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. Malcom is an asset to the team Rodd and Gunn and he should be praise for his commitment and dedication.

    Credit where it’s due.. My husband and I were in the Onehunga store a few weeks ago, looking for golf attire, the lovely lady at the counter was super helpful, (wish I got her name, but she was a beautiful island lady) she helped with sizing, then went ahead and got every colour in my husbands size to try on. Checking, if we liked the fit, offering other selections and just being genuinely helpful. It’s daunting taking my husband shopping, but she made this a fantastic experience, we purchased 3 shirts and a jumper. He is happy with his purchase, and I hope this makes it back to the wonderful lady who helped us. She deserves a raise! Thankyou, we will be back ☺️

    I went there today to get my partner a long sweater; however the M size felt really loose. So I asked the lady to give me another size M and she rudely said it was size M and won’t let me take the other sweater. At the end I managed to get another size M and bought it however she did not say thank you and rudely gave the shopping bag to me. I would say it is not worth it to come to this store anymore.

    I recently had a terrible experience with a company due to their extremely poor head staff. While shopping in their store, I found a few items that caught my eye and started browsing through them. However, the head staff member quickly approached me and started giving me orders on what I can and cannot do, even though I wasn't doing anything wrong. Their bossy demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. They seemed to have a problem with customers touching the items, even though that is part of the shopping experience. Instead of offering assistance or answering questions, they just kept bossing me around and treating me like I was doing something wrong. Their attitude towards me really put a damper on my shopping experience and made me feel like I wasn't wanted in their store. It's a shame, because I was interested in purchasing a few items from them, but I was so put off by the head staff's behavior that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, as the head staff's behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable. A friendly and welcoming shopping experience is crucial for building customer loyalty and trust, and this company clearly does not understand that.

    Went in to dressmart today and walked by Rodd and Gunn and was attracted to the polos folded right by the entrance. Mum and I went and picked up a polo to have a look at it and praised that the quality was very good. Folded the one I picked up cause the size was way too big and was planning on buying some for Dad. However, the lady shop assistant pretty much bumped me away to fold the shirts when we hadn't even finished browsing. Was a ridiculous shopping experience and we all left baffled and in disbelief at what just happened. Even when we wanted to buy something, that experience with the assistant was very distasteful.

    Head staff - extremely poor. I bought 3 polos yesterday. I liked the selection range and prices. But, must say staff service was cringing . The head staff was constantly giving me orders on not to touch or unfold the shirts which I liked, but instead asked me to go to the rack and select from the hung ones. The shopping experience got wasted. If I had to redo he process of selection from the hung ones, they why do they have folded dressed on display. Mind you, I was not even unfolding and seeing the cloths. I was just taking the ones I liked from the folded section.
