“It’s a tiny drive into the cafe. Drive slow you can zip right past it. Delicious Altura coffee. Lots of food options both in the cabinet and on the board. About 5 or 6 tables outside great on a sunny day. If there’s any left when you get there try the cheese scone !!!”

“Excellent customer service! Shoutout to the young, Korean staff member (I'm so sorry I missed your name). It was a busy afternoon and she was attending to 2 groups of customers already when we arrived. We did have to wait for our turn. While she was letting them have a think, she then asked us what we were after. I showed her the photo of the sale ring I was looking for. She immediately knew where to find it. Got my size and done! She asked if I was interested to see any other items, but I just wanted the one. She politely excused herself from the other customers as they were still looking and took me to the counter for payment. She was so calm under pressure, and so patient with ALL of the customers, not leaving anyone out. She made me feel very valued even if I just purchased a sale item. However my mother is gravely ill and Laurence could see I was stressed and she took her time including telling me she was happy to give me a gift card to do this another time. The girls Mia, Caitlin & Nadine was so patient with me asking to looking at all different options and taking their time to explain the jewelery and help me wittle my options down to the perfect one. I then had them offer to take my option down to the local cobbler to ensure it would be suitable to engrave.. I'm usually a Michael Hill customer.. but after visiting this store and the girls.. safe to say I won't be going anywhere else as their customer service was just outstanding.
