I got a bad quality stuff and awful after-sales service here. I bought a card holder in April and it had quality problem so I sent it back in August.I was told about a month they will contact me to collect it. Right now is November，because of I didn't heard anything from Bvlgari. I called them yesterday day. The lady told me that my card holder hasn‘t been sent to repairer and she will talk her manager about this and give me feed back today. I asked her email me or text me. But still nothing happened. So now they keep my money and dont fix my card holder. The guy who served me at that day mentioned that this is the only Bvlgari thing I have. Right now I just wanna say I dont wanna any Bvlgari stuff just give my money back.
