Liana was super helpful and made sure I had a great experience in St Luke’s. This store is out of my way but I will make sure to come here from now on because of her service. She handled all my objections and went out of her way to make sure it was an easy experience. Couldn’t recommend her enough thank you Liana.
Orn is a super star when it comes to customer service. You don't often come across friendly service in retail. Her advice and suggestions were so helpful to me.
Elegant clothing. Nice colours, patterns and styles. Can be a bit over priced at times. Sales people are often friendly but on a recent visit, one of the ladies was very friendly to some customers but couldnt seem to make eye contact with me during a conversation which made me wonder if I looked awful
Absolutely worth visiting during peak sale! Loved the experience and Rainaz did an amazing job! She is fantastic and suggested the right size for many outfits! Coming back here again!
Found quite a few nice elegant tops in this store. Nice colours, patterns and styles. Clothing is expensive though.
I went to the store today as needed a suit and blouse for a new job. The lovely woman that looked after me was amazing, she found exactly what I was after and then some. I will be back for corporate clothes again in this store.

Amazingly helpful and friendly ladies. Gave suggestions and assisted well. Genuinely interested and made for a great shopping experience. Bonus was the 30% off storewide, which made hubby's smile a little bigger :D
Kathy, the lovely "Store Manager", at the St Luke's branch, provided me with excellent customer services & went above & beyond, to assist me today. I found Kathy highly Professional, helpful, friendly & approachable.She went the extra mile to assist me. Kathy is a valuable asset to "St Luke's Jacqui E" & deserves a huge pay rise. Will definitely visit this branch again, just to be served by lovely Kathy again, to enjoy the "rolls Royce service"again.
