   Beautiful selection of jewellery both new and bespoke. The lady in store was nice ♥️ saying hello and helpful in asking/offering if there was anything we wanted to see further. I did a click and collect and was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer me to hold it, look at it, try it on etc. So the size is WAY to big (even tho the size I looked fine online) now I have to find a place to get it resized smaller.

   I purchased an antique necklace online. It arrived quickly, was beautifully wrapped and is gorgeous! Love it! Exactly what I was looking for.    Dealt with DA of Jems of Rumuera over email and text to enquire about a ring I saw on the website. I got very helpful and knowledgable, quick responses, which confirmed to me it was the ring I wanted. It needed to be resized and this was also done quickly and the ring fits perfectly and looks amazing! The postage from Auckland down to Palmy was super quick too. Couldn’t be happier with the ring or the service. Also, love the fact it is a family business and has pre-owned jewellery which are true gems and come with some history. There should be more second-hand jewellers about.

The team at Jems helped me redesign it into a new piece using all the parts and then was able to get it remade through their trusting jewellers network. I couldn’t have been more happier with what I received. The workmanship was on point and the communication from Diana and DA about timelines and processes was fantastic.
