   Went in looking for a ring I could wear everyday and was originally looking for a coloured stone. Ended up getting a different style ring recommended by the sales person. Less than 2 years later a diamond fell out. When I took it back to get fixed they charged me for the repair and I was told it was a dress ring. Disappointing as I wanted a ring I could wear everyday and for $4,500 I thought it would last longer than 2 years.

   Visited the store wanting to buy something with the letter 'E' to give to my wife in memory of our daughter who passed at age 12yrs. There was nothing of the kind in the store. The lovely lady spoke to the jewellery makers who made a special gold 'E' for me on the day. So impressed with the kind and warming service received. THANK YOU, I AM ETERNALLY GREATFUL

   I went to Jewelers Bench to get a necklace link fixed. On examination of the necklace we made a mutual decision that I would be better off buying a new one. I had great service to help me choose a new necklace that matched the pendant I wanted to put on the chain. I had lots of options and didn't feel rushed to make a decision. In addition I had the pendant cleaned and it came up looking amazing!

   I have used this jeweller for many years when I have had issues with my jewlllery and required a manufacturing jeweller. Today I went again to have watches have new batteries and silver jewellery cleaned which he did immediately and for a discounted price. I have also had a ring made here and when not completely happy with the setting they changed it at no further cost. Highly recommend

   I had a financial sneaky thing happen with this company. Unfortunately my redesigned ring was not finished on time for my holiday overseas. In the end it got rushed through but I couldn't get there to pick it up as it was the day I was leaving. Whilst I was away Annette requested 50% payment by text on their business phone. I said yes of course and had to give her my credit card details as I was travelling. Annette then took out 100% ($3,400) for my job. I was stunned. They still had my ring and I hadn't sighted it. When I got back to pick it up it had an uneven crooked strut. Thankfully this was rectified. However, as a business owner I would never treat a customers credit card this way. I felt it was bordering fradulent behaviour.
