   A bit disappointed with the quality of service here. Brought in 3 watches, 2 for strap adjustment and battery replacement and 1 brand new seiko (in box) for adjustment. Was very quick and reasonably priced for the battery change - although $15 for adjustment of the seiko felt a bit steep - but would have been happy to pay for a quality service. However all 3 of the watches had issues, pins were left out of the returned links, all 3 are uneven and 1 was incorrectly put back together (quickly fixed). I would have stayed to have the bracelet uneveness remedied but after the seiko was placed face down on the glass counter the trust was gone. I would have loved to support a family business but the care of service and attention to detail was lacking, I'd be very worried about something getting damaged or scratched. Overall sadly disappointed to have spent $85 and have to take all 3 watches elsewhere to be re-adjusted.

   Do not purchase from here they lied to me as I purchased a gold wrist chain, when I asked if it fades and is tarnish proof they assured me it was and will not fade. I wore it and it faded that same night, also discovered they were selling watches from temu and when confronted and asked for a refund they said no and called security! These people should not be selling they take advantage of thier customers disgusting VERY disappointed.

   Quite disappointed with the service offered. Took a brand new Michael Kors watch which I have had in storage to have a new battery installed. The watch was in brand new condition, sealed in plastic without any prior damage. The watch was damaged and scratched during the battery replacement process. This is the first time I’ve experienced having a watch damaged to this extent when having a battery replaced. Both the side of the watch and the watch case back have gouges in the stainless steel.

   I have had multiple items of jewellery fixed here. (3 x chain necklaces (gold) 2 x diamond rings) I would’ve spent about $800 getting these fixed. It was a very weird experience. They took over 3.5 weeks to give my rings back. They told me they were fake, these rings were valued and brought from Micheal Hill. They do not fix your jewellery on site, they send it somewhere, I wish I knew this before giving my things over. They also said they were forgotten at their workshop that’s why it took soo long (poor service) Any jeweller should be able to tell a fake at first glance. I will never use this place again. They also did not have a diamond tester on site… I did not buy jewellery from here but I would not use their repair services….
