   2. Your current explanation does not match what actually happened at the time. At that moment, you did not make any real effort to sell or recommend flowers. Instead, you repeatedly implied that you did not want to do business with me and suggested that I go to another flower shop. Throughout the entire conversation, every time I asked you a question, you responded with a sarcastic laugh or a sigh, which made me feel extremely disrespected. You said that you tried your best to recommend other flowers, but what I kept asking for was to use other combinations from the flowers already available in your shop. I was not asking you to source flowers from other gardens. I had already lowered my expectations, because I knew I came quite late and could not expect the flowers shown on your website. I was only choosing from the flowers you had available at that time. When I asked whether certain flowers could be put together, you continued to respond with sighs and sarcastic laughter. At that point, I was no longer concerned about specific flower varieties. I only hoped that the colour combination would look nice. That was all I was asking for, and I was choosing from the flowers you already had. However, you continued to sigh and laugh sarcastically. You then casually put together two large flowers with completely mismatched colours and an unattractive shape, clearly just to dismiss me. When I selected some flowers that looked nicer myself, you completely refused to help me arrange them. This was your service attitude. Regarding the budget, when I first walked in, you immediately asked what my budget was. I told you my budget was around one hundred dollars. Later, I selected the flowers I wanted to combine. You then told me that one hundred dollars would not be enough. I said that was fine, and that I was willing to pay 200 or even 300. However, no matter what question I asked, you continued to respond with sighs and sarcastic laughter. Your current explanation is completely different from what actually happened, and this is once again extremely disrespectful to me. 1.Very disappointing service. I went into this flower shop asking for a bouquet similar to a photo I showed. I fully understood that the exact flowers were not available and clearly said I was happy to substitute with other flowers. The staff then told me that $100 would not be enough. I explained very clearly that I was willing to increase my budget — $200 or even $300 was fine — and that I was happy to pay more. I only asked to be told the price. Instead of providing clear information, the staff member became dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked how long the arrangement would take, I was met with an awkward smile and poor attitude, and was then told to “go to another flower shop”. As a customer who chose to enter this shop and was willing to pay, I found this extremely rude and unacceptable. I was not refusing the price — I was simply asking for proper service. Very disappointing experience.

   Beautiful flowers home delivered. Have had flowers delivered on two occasions. Simply awesome and the flowers last and last. No need to change water, no fuss!! 28/5/25 Best flowers ever, fresh and fragrant. Will never use anyone else. Thank you Auckland flowers for making my special occasion even more special. Nov2025 Ordered 2 bouquets for 2 separate occasions. Best flowers, very fresh, lasts for at least 2 weeks, no need to change the water, no fuss, so pleased, value for money. Happy to recommend as their flowers make the occasion extra special.

   Those I send flower to using Flowers Auckland are always pleased with what has arrived and from the photos sent to me I would agree. I once had a problem with an order and Flowers Auckland were very quick to rectify the issue to my satisfaction, with Jenny making making sure it was corrected. I have a couple of times missed something in placing the an order and Jenny has contacted to fix the oversight on my part. Very pleased with their service and product.

Ordering from overseas can sometimes be a little daunting, but that was put to rest when I heard not only had the flowers arrived, but they were stunning. A definite wow factor. Thank you for expressing in flowers what I could not express with my absence at such an emotional time for my friend and family. I'm told the house smells heavenly.
