Some of our groomsmen were out of Auckland, and even out of the country, but Chae made the entire process stress free and seamless. She was incredibly patient with our numerous requests and changes, always remaining professional and accommodating. Chae truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was ordered and organised perfectly, ensuring we got exactly what we needed.    Such a friendly team, always so helpful. Recently I wanted to purchase a replacement dog collar, which wasn’t in store. However the manager found it online, ordered it for me, and arranged delivery. Fantastic experience and I really appreciated the effort. Beautifully presented store, great range, one of my favourite places to shop.

   Very dissatisfied with the wool sweater and customer service. Within one week of buying the sweater doubled in size and I asked before buying whether it’s going to stretch or not, I was told it will not stretch. Extremely disappointed.

   Very bad mannered female senior in charge (40ish) told me to move aside while I was checking the sizes at the cashier. She said impolitly to me that she had to get the payment to go through for the people behind me in the queue. I was at the front of the queue and her staff was servicing me. The young guy (her staff) was nice and patient. I bought at least 7 shirts at last.

   I've been through a couple of Barkers stores and the oh-some customer service. But the customer service in Barkers Albany was so AWESOME! Me and my mate are looking for shirts and trousers, and Cholae was soooooooooooooooo welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful with all our queries.    They don’t pay enough attention to their customers. They’d rather gist with each other and talk about their hobbies. They also bungled my pants after paying for adjustment. 2 stars is for good quality clothing.

   Fantastic experience with Jake. He took his time explaining things to me and getting me looking nice and sharp for an upcoming wedding. his recommendations and advice were on the money. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I'm a salesperson myself so I understand the tricks of the trade and I was pleasantly surprised to have a genuine purchasing experience when I knew nothing about the product range. I will be back.
