“Unique store especialy with lines of kids clothing with reputable brands. Very friendly staff and environment made experiences all that more specials. Beautiful store with thoughtful layout and displays. Ample parking behind the building. Don't use the Hursmere Road as you will get stuck and it often takes at least 30mins to go from roundabout end to the traffic light at the other end.”

“The staff here are amazing! Went in yesterday, it was intensely busy and they were handling it like the pro's they are. I hope you all get paid well for your work because damn, you were good. Customers get so agitated when it's that busy, they want to get served straight away & patience is not their strong points but you all were juggling it all with such grace. “I had a wonderful experience today in David Jones (women’s wear) Newmarket. BIG shout out to Kate who was a delight! - Genuine, honest, so polite and professional. We had a good chat about choosing the right colours to wear. Gave me a few tips on how to find out, instead of telling me what I wanted to hear. Made me sad that I was the only customer who had been nice to her all day. Come on people! Be kind! Would you like someone being unkind to a member of your family? Think about it. These lady’s (and gentlemen) work incredibly hard. The store is immaculate, the changing rooms are spotless and the best lighting I have ever experienced. Thank you also to the lady (didn’t get her name) who gave me a refund on an item. It was a seamless procedure. I Ended up purchasing another item in the end!! David Jones is probably my new favourite store. Can’t wait to shop there again.”

“I came into your store today with a voucher my son had received through doing some work for SAS. The voucher did not work online so I decided to try my luck in-store with the voucher. I explained the situation to the lady who was working. Right off the bat she was amazing and accommodating. She was also the only worker on and she had other customers in the store who she also needed to tend to but she quickly assured me that this would not be an issue and she would sort this out for me and was super helpful from start to end. I didn’t manage to get her name but she was absolutely lovely. Thank you for your amazing customer service I will definitely be back again. :)”

“Note that all the bad reviews seem to be really old :) I had an awesome experience in store today. I'm autistic, and find the mall to be super stressful and overwhelming. Max was by far the most chill shop I went into - the layout is spacious and easy to navigate, quiet music, beautiful products, great sale prices. The lady at the counter was so helpful and friendly too, without being in your face about it. 10/10 recommend shopping here!”

Didn't got the right bright starts gym as the batteries were leaked old and leaked. Generally they don't have AA batteries but this piano does have which made me wondered.
