I visited the store genuinely looking to buy some stuff, spent some time at the store and nothing caught my eye.. left the store only to receive a parking infringement...I wouldn't recommend anyone to park and shop...best to shop at another store
I recently visited to buy a car seat for our 2-year-old. Jade was excellent in helping us choose the right one and showed us in detail how to install it. I returned to buy another, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. However, Jade provided exceptional service by taking my contact details and promising to call me as soon as the stock arrived, which she did. She even honored the old price. Amazing customer service!

Unfortunately, my recent experience at The Baby Factory Henderson was disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I purchased a pair of size 4 pants for my young daughter, but upon trying them at home, we realized they didn’t fit properly. The pants were completely new and undamaged, and I promptly returned to the store the next day to exchange them for a better size. To my surprise, the store staff informed me that exchanges were not possible because the pants were purchased on sale and the sale had ended. This policy seems unreasonable and lacking in empathy. The pants are still the same product, and the refusal to exchange them without charging the current, higher price felt unfair. While I understand that stores have policies, the rigidity of this one, especially when dealing with children’s clothing, is troubling. Children grow quickly, and sizing can be unpredictable. A bit of flexibility and understanding would go a long way in fostering customer loyalty. The staff’s attitude was another point of concern. Despite explaining my situation, there was no effort to understand or accommodate my request. The lack of empathy and the dismissive tone were disappointing, especially considering that many of the staff members are likely parents themselves and should understand the challenges of shopping for children’s clothing. My experience at The Baby Factory Henderson left much to be desired. Customer service and store policies should prioritize the needs and satisfaction of customers, particularly when dealing with items for children. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I hope The Baby Factory Henderson reconsiders its exchange policy and trains its staff to be more empathetic and flexible. As it stands, I cannot recommend this store to other parents. It’s crucial for businesses to remember that good customer service and understanding policies are key to maintaining a loyal customer base.
Do not go to Henderson shop!!!! Rude staff! A young lady staff said people from Henderson don t have enough money to buy a stroller of $500 bucks. I had but gave up on the racist comment, they will never see a cent of mine. Had just bought britax +600 and regret. HENDERSON shop doesn’t deserve this franchise name.

The old white lady serving was very grumpy, the customer can't come and look longer, and was feeling bad to stand around
Avoid going to Henderson branch. Their manager, LISA is the most rude person we have ever met. Very poor customer service and does not fit for her role. Very intimidating too! We did not encounter this once but a few times already and she isn’t helpful at all.
Really great range of products but really disappointed with the staff in the store. Having just opened up after the lockdown one staff member made it very clear she still didn’t want any people in the store. At one point she swore across the store to another staff member insisting that the air conditioning be turned down. Not the sort of unprofessionalism I would expect anywhere, but especially at a baby store.
We used to go to Henderson store every now and then until recently I went there to return rental car seat. Lisa the store manager was very intimidating and had no service skills what so ever. They provided me the rental agreement with wrong dates on it then she asked me a few general questions where I felt I was being interrogated. This was the last time I have gone into baby factory from now I would preffer to go to other places with cheaper prices too. I understand that it was your job to make sure everything should be in order while a product was returned however you should do it with a better tone at least. No wonder why the store is always empty.
