   I’m very disappointed with my experience at Baby Factory. When I bought my baby cot in 2023, the staff never mentioned that it could be converted into a toddler bed, and they also forgot to give me one of the required parts. I only found out about the missing piece much later when I asked about the conversion, and they finally ordered it for me. Now that it’s time to change my baby cot into a toddler bed, I’ve discovered another missing tool! It’s so frustrating and disappointing that the store takes no responsibility for these repeated mistakes. I’ve looked after the product carefully, but each time I need to use it properly, there’s always something missing. Very poor customer service and lack of responsibility I would not recommend buying big items like baby furniture from Baby Factory again.

   I purchased gloves from this store today but wanted to exchange them 10 minutes later. The clerk said the specials don't allow returns or exchanges. But I've purchased specials before and was able to exchange them, so why not this time? This store is basically on sale all year round so is it all off limits for returns as well as exchanges.

   This is a One stop shop for everything you need for babies—from clothes and toys to feeding items, strollers, car seat and skincare products. The store is well-organized and clean, which makes shopping easy and stress-free. Prices were reasonable, and the quality of the items I bought was excellent and also noticed they had some special offers and discounts, which was a bonus. It’s a great place for new parents or anyone looking to buy gifts for a baby. I would happily shop here again.

   Terrible experience! One of the old lady staff is very rude and not friendly at all! I will never come again! I would rather go to Farmers, at least their staff know how to respect people!

   Here buying clothes for my girls and the staff are super helpful. Being served by a lady called Wileen and my goodness she is amazing, i don't know how many questions and enquiries she helped me with and even was calling around to see if another branch has the item am looking for. Also was super friendly with my kids, she made time for my almost 4yr old's questions and listened to her stories while she was carrying on with her tasks! BOTANY STORE ALL YOUR STAFF ROCKS THAT'S WHY WE HAVE BEEN COMING BACK SINCE I BECAME PREGNANT IN 2014.
