Lmao these recent reviews about rude staff are so on the money. I've experienced all of this the multiple times I've been in. We deliberately went to the mall near closing time because we really needed something to kill time and knew yup mall closing but we have an hour to entertain ourselves. Staff were clearly agitated to have people walk in 20 mins before closing and we desperately trying to close up shop. You close at 7, you can't expect to close 6.45. Like I didn't need the reminders. I wasn't planning on over staying. We just needed to have a look around and weren't planning on purchasing anything last minute. Just planning/ideas for bubs#2. The next time we went we didn't get told off for our son touching things but I got the vibe we were about to so these other examples don't surprise me. He actually is a really well behaved chill toddler but was having an off day for reasons completely unknown and also caught us offguard. Later that night my husband made a comment which if he's bothered to voice something you know it's definitely a "thing". I thought it was just me... But for a company whose business is literally babies the staff, particularly the Indian(?) lady don't seem to like children. We've never had a positive interaction there. Yet other unrelated businesses are 10x nicer to their children customers. To the point they'll wave and say hello. These people seem to just hate kids. Maybe you need to do a different job then?but if you're reading this review , Go to soemwhere else. Don't waste your money here.

I visited Baby Facyory Sylvia Park store to purchase thermals for my 2-year-old son. As we navigated the store, he ran over to one of the walkers and took a seat. While I was on my way to help him out, a lady who appeared to be the manager called out from a distance, reminding us that he needed to get off the walkers. I understand her intentions, but I found it uncomfortable to be spoken to from afar, especially in front of other customers. While I was at the register, my son ran again and lay down in one of the cribs. After finalizing my payment, I quickly rushed to get him out, only to hear another staff member from a distance cautioning me about the bed sheets on the crib being for sale. I appreciate their concern, but the tone and the public nature of their comments made me feel as though I was being reprimanded. A more personal approach would have been much more effective and considerate, especially since I was managing my child on my own in a busy store. I wanted to provide this feedback so that your staff can improve on handling similar situations in the future. It's essential that customers feel supported rather than embarrassed during their shopping experiences. Thank you for considering this, as I believe it will help enhance your customer service.

Had a good customer service from store manager and another lady when we bought a pram and we trialled it in the store apparently seeing one wheel not turning. Asked another staff member named HUIA to pull out another pram for replacement and she turned out to be very rude ! She even tried to pull the pram off my sister with our baby boy still sitting on the pram . Had a word with store manager and hope she doesnt treat any other customer that way again.

Had a lovely lady help us get things for baby from baby clothes, car seats, towels, mattresses protector, sheets, blankets, breast pump, bottles basically everything. She also answered all our questions, if what we were looking for was not on display she would go check the back. We were happy and satisfied with our experience we spent 2.4k some things were on sale too.

A lovely elderly lady was at the cash counter Saturday morning, friendly and itβs refreshing to see a retail staff having friendly conversation and show passion for products. I am also very stoke to find unisex toddler winter tights and added bonus of them being 40% off!!! I would definitely come back.

the worst experience ever, my baby tried toy there and he dropped it accidentally. the staff said that's it! put it down! if you are not buying it! also that was just a tiny toy, around 35NZD, not expensive one. i never faced such staff as this. toys are packed in trial display packaging. toys are supposed to be tried, right? toy world, farmers, kmart, warehouse not like this. if you dont welcome try, mark on your entrance. kids are the users, and parents can only buy if kids like it but the staff also put long face there when you try. i should ask the staff say it again so i can take video

Young lovely asian lady was very helpful and eager to help with me and my family when we were wanting to know more about the strollers. though she was very helpful and accomodating, other staff were very talkative with each other while infront of other customers. Experience at this store was very good because of the young lady (walked away with 1.9k worth of products that day).

Customer service was bad, unhelpful. They didn't have stock available, it was a complete waste of time, one would think they would have enough inventory available considering we live in a tech savvy era, if we can track our pizza order why can't they track inventory huhhh.
