   This is my go-to store for all my kids’ needs, and it never disappoints. The prices are always great, and the quality of the products is consistently excellent. What really sets this store apart is the amazing customer service. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making the shopping experience a good one. A special shout-out to Vanessa and Mama, they are absolutely lovely and always go above and beyond to help. Their warm attitude and exceptional service make every visit a pleasure. Keep up the fantastic work :)

   Have never experienced such bad customer service like this before. So disappointed. Walked in with my toddler at 4:53 today and when I placed my item on the counter, ready to purchase, the staff member did not acknowledge me. No hi. No "one moment please" (as i saw she was doing something on the computer) nothing but, "that will be $16.95 please". Disgusting! That's literally the only thing she said to me. Won't be shopping there again.

   My daughter went here, staff ignored her, but as soon as couples walked in they made a beeline for them, they judged my daughter because she was on her own, she was looking at purchasing baby carseat, pram, cot etc, but staff looked her up and down , didn't offer to help her but gave help to others who walked in after. She thought it was so rude!. Well Baby Factory you just lost a sale because of your judgemental staff, as my daughter has gone elsewhere to buy, she thought she'd support local but after the treatment she got, had to go somewhere else. Maybe train your staff to make an effort to acknowledge customers

   Just love the staff there especially Mama who helped me putting the stuff. We love Peg perego prima highchair and selfie pram :). My little one is just enjoying. Didn't got the right bright starts gym as the batteries were leaked old and leaked. Generally they don't have AA batteries but this piano does have which made me wondered. But overall every staff member is so professional and helpful. Thank you baby factory:)

   Should really be a 0 if there was such option. Well done Diane/Diana you did such an awesome job to earn this rating. Got to counter to make payment only to find that this staff doesn’t even smile and seems like she hates her job I even said thank you which I really regret cos there isn’t really anything to thank. Made a second purchase because I saw something else for my kid this time didn’t say anything and took my purchase, this staff yelled out thank you. Not sure if you got something happening outside of work or racist but someone up the management chain should really address this as I’ve never seen a retail store sitting at such low rating. Looking forward to my next purchase….. somewhere else

   I called up today and I asked if they had any one year old girls swimwear in stock as I am coming a long way & I Uber arround they said yes I turned up and there was nothing but one baby boys rash shirt on sale for $5 I wasn't happy to turn up and see that there wasn't any girls swimwear not happy!
