   The dress I ordered for my daughter is stunning and she’s going to look beautiful for her baptism. Dress is so soft and really nice on loved that it was shipped overnight so we are all set. Would buy from here again glad I changed size to the smaller one cause she’s so little I think the bigger size would have been way to big.

   This isn’t a traditional store—it’s a storage unit—but the staff were very helpful. Thanks to all the reviewers before me; their feedback made booking and attending my appointment easy. I went there looking for girls’ dresses, and the team helped me find everything I was looking for. However, based on my personal style preferences, I didn’t find the dress quality to my liking, so I didn’t make a purchase. Overall, the prices were reasonable and quite affordable.

   Beautiful clothing at super affordable prices. Purchased a christening dress, socks, shoes and headband for my daughter. Ordered on the Wednesday night and they arrived on Friday morning. All items were just as pictured on the website. Will definitely shop online with Lucy’s again :)

   Booked an appointment as I read other reviews about no walk ins. Now, I can finally understand why. The worker was by himself and finishing up with another customer when we walked in, then he came and asked what we were after and offered various options and suggestions with mixing and matching. I liked that since there were no other customers in store, he was able to fully tend to and meet our needs. It might be a pain to book an appointment beforehand but it’s definitely worth it, as you won’t have to clash with other customers and have the mans full attention. Lovely range of clothes and very good service.

   Had a wonderful shopping experience at Lucy's. We showed up without checking their website which was our fault, only to find out that you have to book an appointment to get in, which you can do through their website. They had on the day times available which was amazing for us as we were worried we would have to come back some other day, so after booking and paying the deposit we were in within 10 minutes. The gentleman that was in charge of the store was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very nice, polite and patient, and dealt wonderfully with a very energetic 5 year old. They had such an amazing selection. Sooo many colors for shirts, a very diverse selection for suits in all kinds of sizes. And everything was very high quality. We couldn't help but admire their girl clothes as well, just stunning. The gentleman in charge of the store gave some very spot on recommendations, he definitely knew his stuff and was just so helpful. We ended up purchasing a 3-piece suit with a bowtie and a white shirt. Overall about $140 which was considerably cheap for everything. The appointment fee ($10 for us because we only had one child coming in) gets put towards your purchase. Everything was great, will definitely be telling others about this store. And hopefully there is an opportunity to go back again!!!
