   So disappointed with the customer service. We were at the shop for 20mins and there were 2 ladies behind the counter. There were no other customers at the shop and none of them greeted us. They were just browsing the net. Towards the end another family came and again they were not greeted either. It’s a shame as I wanted to get a birthday gift but the customer service just put me off.

   The staff did not tell me that paper carry bag is costed 0.50 cents. She did not inform me the carry bag charged money. She redeemed my reward points to get their store carry bag. I do not mind to pay the paper carry bag but at least inform me it would charge money, not doing it without letting me know at all. I hope she can solve this matter for me tomorrow.

   Don't blame your customer!!! We went to the store bought 10 books. Then we bought another 2 books the next days. Because we are not sure which books that we bought, we have ask the "staff" to reconfirm that for us to make sure we don't have two same book. However when we get home we found out that we have two same book even the staff had "checked" for us. When we come back to the store ask to exchange to another book, staff said we don't exchange or refund. Even we said that is one of the staff fault. Then the manager mention again store usually do not refund or exchange. Sounds like it is our fault want to exchange. Although the store did exchange another book but in this case you end up another unhappy customer.

   Went to purchase book today priced at $9.99, only to be told at the till it was incorrectly labeled and the price was in fact $19.00. The lady then proceeded to scratch off the label in front of me and refused to honour the price they had put on the book! Would not proceed with the sale. shocking disregard for the consumer and the Consumer Guarantees Act. So sorry to see this behaviour in our beautiful mall.
