The worst service from the manager. Imogen? Went in to exchange a purchase that was the wrong size for my mum I had bought for her birthday and was unable to receive the $20 balance difference as a gift card so i could come back at a later point to purchase something else. Instead I had to purchase something for the balance, and also spend more!! For something that I'm not going to use because I had a screaming baby that needed to go home. She also tried to overcharge me for the item. Thank God for the kind customers who tried to entertain my baby while I dealt with this. Very poor, the only offer being to get a Manager from another store which obviously I wasn't going to wait for with a screaming child. What is the point of being in charge if the staff lack any initiative to resolve anything.
Gloomy, unfriendly and absolutely ignorant staff members. If this store makes $20 they're lucky and they're losing $2.000 - because of their attitude.
Good Prices
I will give a zero star to this store. The paywave is not available under covid restrictions. As well as the store is under poor management. We spend more than 40 minutes waiting in the queue to cashier and no one remains social distance in suck a small waiting area. This is absolutely a place for covid spreading and low customer satisfaction. Not recommended!
