I delt directly with the customer service team, i had trouble making an online purchase. they made it happen so i had my gift in time for a birthday party. Super happy and will definitely shop with them again.

What to do with companies like BABY FACTORY who does not answer customer service line, ask you to send email and never reply back? I've been trying to talk to them for a long time because their system says that my online order has been delivered, but the recipient didn't receive anything. Bad customer service.
