“A Hidden Gem and Total Lifesaver! We were wandering around looking for somewhere to chill, but everything nearby was closed—except for WuCha Bubble Tea. And honestly, it turned out to be the perfect spot. Total lifesaver! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was exactly what we needed. The space had this cool camp-style aesthetic—really unique and cozy, like a modern outdoor lodge but indoors. It felt like a little escape from the noise and busyness of the day. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, making it a great place to hang out, catch up, or even just unwind on your own. The bubble tea? Top-notch. You can tell they use quality ingredients because the flavors were clean and balanced—not overly sweet, and the pearls had that perfect chewy texture. It’s one of those places where you can actually taste the difference. We tried a few different drinks between us, and each one was a hit. They clearly put thought into their menu and presentation too. What I appreciated most, though, was how quiet and comfortable it was. So many bubble tea places are either too cramped or too loud, but WuCha struck the perfect balance. Whether you’re looking for a casual hangout or a place to get some work done over a good drink, this place has you covered. All in all, we went in just hoping for something open—but we left feeling like we’d found a new favorite. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors and soak in that chill vibe again. “Family owned business, hard working people. Ample parking in front. Really firmly staff and nice unique coffee. This one has been around since the Mall opened whilst others come and go. One of the favourites. Sunny location for both indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommended. Food hygiene rating is A. Awesome.”

“A most delicious little eatery right in between Blue Illusion and Max clothing store's. The food is absolutely delicious and the muffins and scones are amazing and freshly made each day. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and service is quick.”

“Walking the length and breadth of Sylvia Park mall with a four year old on a busy day does burn a lot calories. I prefer to start this ritual with a cup of good coffee and a light snack. I made one such stop at majestic tea bar recently and I must admit - me and my family really enjoyed it. We ordered a flat white, couple of hot chocolates and feta spinach roll. Both the hot drinks were amazing. Kudos to the folks at the counter - it was a busy day yet they were very courteous and service was reasonably fast. To me the roll was a winner - it came out with fresh salad and a sauce. Great value for money. Highly recommend this place. Will be back to try out other items.”

“Have been here a few times, as it's the kids favourite drinks. Lots to choose from.. good customer service and ample parking outside. There is space to sit and relax inside too. A bit more $ than other places, but Wucha is worth it.”

“Located groundside at the Auckland Airport's Domestic Terminal in the food court with sushi, noodles and McDonald's, I received friendly service this morning. The last thing I'd eaten was cheese wrap thing on the plane and that was three hours earlier. With a name like "Best Ugly" how could I not? Prices are clearly marked on the large menu board. I opted for the bagel with "house chocolate hazelnut spread" and it did not take long until my name was called. The bagel is served in a paper tray that is super easy to take with you through security if you like but I had time to sit and enjoy it here. Slightly toasted and completely covered in spread, this was a great late breakfast.”

“Yay! It’s great to arrive at Auckland International Airport in New Zealand and find food you love right away, especially when you’re tired after a day and night of travel. Immediately upon exiting the international arrivals area, you’ll find this popular, relaxed, casual spot to grab a small quiche, a muffin or chia pudding. They offer soy, almond, coconut and oat milk for coffee drinks. They don’t make their drinks too sweet. You’ll find recyclable utensils and straws. Service is accurate, efficient and friendly. And they sell alkaline water in plant based reusable bottles. My tummy enjoyed the kombucha with ginger and turmeric. Way to go!”

“Don't know why people whinge stay home & make a coffee! These beautiful people are run off their feet from the minute they're open right through to most of the day, weekends are chaos for them which says volumes! Their coffee is the best I have ever had creamy & fresh, Caramel latte to be specific, my favourite muffins are the lemon cream cheese which I always get "hot" because that is the way I like them. Their service is great considerating the amount of people lining up waiting to be served. They do the best they can, they're not robots. Highlight for me is always to come here even if I don't need anything from the mall. Hard to find really good Barista's, always my number 1 coffee place. Keep up the awesome work team.
