   Wow what can i say stood here for 10mins waiting for coffee i ordered and no one else was at the counter they'd forgotten the order and didnt ask why i was hanging around for so long muffin breaks finest? There are plenty of choices find a different cafe

   TERRIBLE SERVICE! I’ve given this muffin break multiple chances but after my visit yesterday no more. I stood at the counter for 5 mins while the staff chatted and completely ignored me. They weren’t busy and no one was waiting before me, so there was no reason to not acknowledge a customer. This isn’t a one off either. It’s the third time I’ve experienced the same thing along with long wait times on food/drink. After reading other reviews, it seems like poor customer service is a common issue. Avoid.

   Worst coffee with prices more than other outlets. While for a medium flat white the cost elsewhere is 6.50 here it costs 6.60. While that’s ok the corresponding service is just BAD.

   Don't know why people whinge stay home & make a coffee! These beautiful people are run off their feet from the minute they're open right through to most of the day, weekends are chaos for them which says volumes! Their coffee is the best I have ever had creamy & fresh, Caramel latte to be specific, my favourite muffins are the lemon cream cheese which I always get "hot" because that is the way I like them. Their service is great considerating the amount of people lining up waiting to be served. They do the best they can, they're not robots. Highlight for me is always to come here even if I don't need anything from the mall. Hard to find really good Barista's, always my number 1 coffee place. Keep up the awesome work team.    Haven’t been here for awhile but stopped by to grab a coffee this morning and I can say it is one of the best coffees I have had in a while! Seems to be a hit and miss with the coffees judging by the reviews but today was definitely a hit. Thank you to the barista :)

   Was given the wrong item, that's OK because there wasn't too much difference between the 2 croissants at $10.50 each, but it was overcooked with the edges of the ham burning. Ordered chocolate mud cake which looked nice but was old and dry. Very over priced too.

   Haven't been here for some time, but they always did a good coffee. Today tried a few and it was awful. Bitter water is the only way to describe it. No coffee flavour. They did prepare me a replacement but it was exactly the same.... Guessing it must be the beans or poorly trained baristas. Will not be returning. :-(

   Terrible Latte didn't even have any foam or froth on top just burnt liquid with a few foam bubbles. Had better from an instant coffee machine at a gas station and can definitely make better myself at home. Muffin was average, not amazing. Wouldn't go there again for the price they charge.

   Not happy with the cappucino I ordered. Looked like it was prepared in a rush. Not worth buying at a price of 6+ dollars. I would recommend going to a small business instead where they are focus more on quality than quantity.
