   Went there on 31st August afternoon. I ordered a flat white take away. Was standing and waiting for 15 mins before eventually got it Asian lady making coffee for backlog orders doing slowly whilst one Indian lady serving cakes etc.Another Indian lady washing dishes, could have assisted with the coffee backlog. Sometimes the lady making coffee would leave her job and take orders. Have been regular there but I think they are not customer focused. As a pensioner I get any size coffee for $3. When I ordered coffee and muffin at other times, they would bring muffin after 10 min and coffee after 20 mins. Hopeless service. I want coffee and muffin together. Business is getting hard and you should think about customer care or else in near future you would want to sell and not get what you want to. Mohammed. Papatoetoe.

   I ordered blueberry muffins , it was worse muffins l ever got taste like dough , it seems like very old , one bite was enough. Also it was way too expensive $ 14 for coffee and muffins. I ve been generous to give 1 score they deserve minus 10. I don’t recommend anyone.

   Long Black Coffee - blend like filter coffee Blueberry muffin not even one whole blueberry in it. The previous owners were doing much more better and they had an experience staff making coffee.

   We went to Botany store on Thursday at 8:20pm and ordered a slice of chocolate cake. Paid for $8.50 When I open it this is what in the photo and I Made a complaint to the cafe, three days later still no response.

   Ordered a cup cake for 7.50$ , was expecting a yummy cake omg, I could not even cut it. My little one just pushed it out after a bite. The frappe did not have cream even.

   This coffee shop right in the middle of Botany Town Centre Mall, offers a relaxing ambience. We were served the best tasting mocha prappe. Their carrot cake taste really good....just need to reduce the sweetness. The girl who served us was very friendly. We will surely return here.

   Not bad, customer service can be improved. Treat your customers in a way that will attract them back. Study NZ culture. BTW sausages were tiny. Samon is totally not fresh. Eggs too runny. Not worth 28$ photo on left is from Cafe. One on right is what I cooked myself the other day. If I. Eating out I and paying through the noise for it make it better please.

   I visited the place this morning. I ordered coffee and muffin. Price is same as other cafe.Taste for coffee is not bad. Muffin is good. Place is quite clean and nice to be relaxed. Recommend for short break.
