“Neat little cafe in the heart of Takapuna, pleasant and clean interior and friendly helpful staff. Pop in for a coffee or quick bite. Recommended.”
“The service was lovely! It arrived really fast and the food was very tasty and affordable. I would definitely come again!!”
“Really enjoyed the carrot cake, with my flat white.”
“I had a lovely experience today. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and I love the drinks too! We always get one whenever we go to Northwest Mall. Highly recommended.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“My favourite Cafe in Henderson Great coffee with a large range of cabinet food. Staff friendly too.”
“Enjoyed every moment of my breakfast. Coffeee was on point food just right. An old staff member has come back.. Yay..”
“This is a small little tea bar in the northwest mall just at the entrance. It's really gorgeous. The decor is stunning and service is nice. There is a huge range of tea and snacks. However the best tea is cinnamon and vanilla green tea. The prices are really good as well. Tea cups and teapots are fascinating. Definitely worth trying for all tea lovers !”
“We ordered the blueberry and white chocolate muffin, and it was absolutely delicious! Great mochaccino and chai latte. Beautiful and friendly service. Would go back again.”
“The day we went the expos was out. Had no cash so had to go next door to the sushi place. They made me buy something before they would give me cash. Love the donuts. A treat for the grandchildren.”
“Very cute little cafe situated in the Wallace Art Gallery with views over the extensive gardens and out to Onehunga. Everything is local and they do their own baking; their crumpets are a must-try! Menu is quite small but there's still something for everyone. Great coffee too.”
“Had a coffee, ham and cheese sandwich and cheese scone. They were surprisingly all delicious, service was lovely and coffee was great!”
“I had the Big Kiwi breakfast for lunch, it was just delicious. The scrambled eggs was creamy, the tomato was charred cooked, bacon crispy, hash brown hot, soft inside and crispy outside, fried mushrooms an the sausage were tasty with bits of cheese in them, two slices of a type of bread and butter, washed down with english breakfast tea. Just thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband had just a pie and coke.”
“Favourite place to eat, come here once a week and they never disappoint!”
“This place is awesome, friendly staff, tasty beverages, plus it's great that they close late. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-6pm Thursday, Friday 9am-9pm”
“We recently celebrated my son’s 1st birthday here at Manukau chipmunks. I had the pleasure of working with Val(staff member) throughout the night. The place was beautifully cleaned up before our night started and our kids food boxes were ready when we needed them. Everything I asked from Val and her other co worker they had for me straight away. I am very grateful for letting us use your facilities. Thank you for being so lovely and understanding. Blessings”
“MICKEY the best always make my coffee so yummmm and the team always nice to me aswell thank you”
“Starbucks Sylvia Park is always busy, queue is a winding road but service is always great. We went there for a takeaway, it never fails us. Back to this place for some sugar rush.”
“I’ve consistently admired the friendly yet professional service delivered by Starbucks staff across the various branches I’ve visited. Whether in New Zealand or abroad, they maintain a welcoming atmosphere and high standards, and this particular branch is no exception. Although I’ve only sampled a few beverages here, they’re the same ones I typically order, and I’m pleased to report they’re prepared with the same consistency and flavor I’ve come to expect. Cleanliness at this location is on par with other major cafés in New Zealand. One area for potential improvement is the WiFi setup. While complimentary access is appreciated, WiFi signal distribution across the store is inefficient. If you are studying or working and need to use their complementary WiFi, you may need to find good signal, which is near their office or bathroom area. This can be easily improved by relocating their modem/router, upgrading it or using a repeater.”
“Thank you for catering our group last minute on Saturday. Food and platters came out promptly on time, was tasty and good portions. Saved the day, and our twins had a fantastic birthday. Thanks for fitting is in and going the extra mile!”
“The food here is really good. 10/10 overall great portions, food tasted great. Also great service from Johnny and his team. Will definitely be back in the near future”
“The staff member at 3.30 is super friendly and efficient! :-)”
“A nice, calm spot for a morning coffee. The service was friendly and efficient. Great way to start the day!”
“Hubby and I ordered a Mocha and a cappuccino. I was thankful the lady taking my order was able to deliver a Mocha with less syrup than usual. The cinnamon roll was delicious as always. Service was little slower than I would expect with two staff on hand and minimal/few customers, but I'm guessing this was just an onboarding moment.”
“The only thing I ever win playing lotto is bonus strike tickets, and on the odd occasion I go to the casino, I’m balling if I validate my parking. So imagine my shock when the lady behind the counter called my name and then said “we’re doing staff training, help yourself to one of the FREE drinks on the bench.” I picked up this fancy looking thing covered in whipped cream caramel drizzle. I still have no idea what it was but it made the latte I ordered look like a cup of instant coffee wearing a pretty dress. I haven’t been back since however as I’m nervous of disappointment. I hit the jackpot that day and it felt good to come out on top. I’d had a taste of the good life, and I don’t know if I could risk it and come out with only the coffee I paid for. But that got me thinking, Starbucks as a global company have a pretty questionable moral compass, and if they’re prepared to openly avoid paying tax in certain areas, then surely they’d have no problem with abusing their employees by firing them as soon as they’re fully trained and moving in the next lot… a barista sweatshop. 5 new part time staff to a machine, pumping out a non stop supply of free training coffees. They even use caramel drizzle to write secret messages begging for help. Unfortunately we’ve grown accustomed to the free training coffees, so we look the other way as Starbucks install anti suicide nets around the panini presses. Before you know it Starbucks is “employing” child labour and confiscating workers passports. We start to hear stories about the baristas that have completed their training being taken out the back and being recycled and turned into the self service kiosks for McDonald’s. Surely something must be done, how could we let these blatant human rights violations happen in our back yard! And then just as you’re about to speak up you realise that they’ve given you regular milk when you clearly stated that you needed almond milk. Honestly, how can you be expected to care about “alleged” misery and suffering when no one is respecting your lactose intolerance. And so you demand they make it again and pick up you’re free training coffee on your way out, pausing only briefly to scan your Starbucks loyalty card, it won’t be long now until you have enough points to go to the auctions and get your very own barista to take home…… But yeah, overall friendly staff, great service and decent coffee. Definitely worth a visit, especially if they have free training coffees.”
“The food and coffee was great, the only complaint is we could taste onion on my French toast and my mum could taste it in her pancakes but apart from that, it was good.”
“Staffs were very very kind.He informed to me how to top up the card and order. Beverage is perfect ♡ Thanks Happy new year”
“Every time same quality of muffin, same level of hygiene/ambience and same level of customer service. Amazing consistency and quality. Well done and keep it up,”
“The place was clean and food was great as well. Eggs bene was freshly cooked with spinach and mushrooms just the way I like it. The front of house person did seem a unfriendly at first but she made really good coffee.”
