   Located inside Xin Feng Mao Chinese BBQ Restaurant in the corner. Not a huge menu to choose from and very limited for the kids to choose from (Non-tea options) compared to other Bubble Tea places. Ordered and was told to sit down and wait. It took 20 mins for 3 drinks. Tasted ok, but wouldn't be my first choice for Bubble Tea
