   I’ve been coming here since it first opened many many years ago and never have I encountered a moment where my pearls for my dirty milk tea is being microwaved for 1+ minute as well as the brown sugar syrup microwaved too, also witnessed the staff basically pour some tap water into the brown sugar syrup to “clean out” the jug and dump it into my drink. $10 not worth if the pearls are no longer fresh and not stored in the warmer. who knows how old my pearls were, very disappointing

   What the hell? Why is there plastic in my drink? 1 is excusable but multiple particulars is not? I was chewing on my purple rice and then chewed on plastic? What if I get a cut? You guys need to explain.

   Have been here a few times, as it's the kids favourite drinks. Lots to choose from.. good customer service and ample parking outside. There is space to sit and relax inside too. A bit more $ than other places, but Wucha is worth it.

   Hands down the best Wucha in Auckland!!! The beverages taste delicious and the staff are awesome. My go to is A8-Strawberry Mochi Milk Tea and this branch makes the BEST A8 drink. Thank you!

   I purchased a drink which tasted basically like water and when asked to have a replacement this created an issue with management. I had asked even for a substitute, something of lower value and this also created an issue. After going back and forth, I was finally able to have another drink made. But how are customers supposed to raise issues if you are simply told to buy another drink without properly addressing the issues raised?

   Love their Fresh lychee fruit tea, the fruit was fresh, and the quality of the tea was top-notch, moderately sweet and not too sweet, the Best one I had so far, cant wait to get another one!
