   Wish it could have the Zero review score to put. I went to the Glenfield store today at around 11.30 today with my two sons. My son was browsing the boots/slippers sections and I was busy with the younger one at the other end. The old Asian saleperson at the store, asked my son to put what he was looking at back on shelf and then told him out loud very rudely: ‘those boots are for girls, not for you’. What a terrible customer service attitude and a mean & unkind behaviour to a primary school kid!!! How could she discriminate customers with their choice of looking at new boots/shoes based on their gender, and how does she know if my son is not looking for some boots for me or not?! I was so angry and was about to tell that lady off, if my husband was not coming to take my older son away. If there is a phone number on the website to complain, I will make a formal complaint. Please respect your customers, regardless of their age! If you continue to do business with this kind of attitude, I wish you luck to survive in this difficult economy.

   This is my first time to leave a 1 star review. One of the staff lady was very pushy, commanding and rude in many perspectives. I have waited for weeks before writing down this review. I do believer the staff lady means no offense to anyone, I do hope that is just way of her speaking. However, it would be something alarming that many reviewers said the samething. Good luck for your business, we will never come back even any warrnty claims.

   Even don’t wanna give one star. WORST service I’ve ever had! Bought school shoes with friends. Couldn’t find the right size. Asked sales lady for help. She found the shoe box with didn’t name on it from somewhere else and said to us “ How come I can find it but you can’t?” We couldn’t believe our ears from this old Asian looking sales lady! Will never return to Hannahs Glenfield ever with my family and friends!

   Zero starts is actually more accurate This is the worst shoe store I’ve ever seen I’m just never ever coming back I ordered boots online and went to the store to try it, it didn’t fit properly, the Color was not quite what I imagined either so I didn’t liked it and requested for the cancellation. The salesperson told me I had to come back next day for that. I said that was not necessary because it’s an online order so we’re supposed to cancel it straight away. She said she needed the manager for that and advised I’d have to come back next day. I said that was fine and called next day. I’m lucky I haven’t just showed up because whoever picked the phone told me the manger took a day off. I have already messaged them about this and no one answers me. This is so non sense! How hard is to cancel something I haven’t even picked up yet! Seriously not worth going there at all

   Terrible service - assistant barely registered we were there and never offered to measure my daughters feet or find the correct size, we were left to our own devices. The assistant near us threw a box of shoes on the floor - so weird! The selection has also gone downhill - no Clark’s anymore which were great school shoes. Will stick to future feet - a much more pleasant experience.

   Number one shoes is doing well because it is one of the few large group of footwears in N.Z. Brought 2 pair of shoes purchased from online trying to do "EASY to return". The Indian looking lady with glasses at counter couldn't get me until she finished doing something on her phone. That is something I was told never to do as a CSR. Great impression. She asked me many questions with a tone as if I committed a crime wanting to return. The question was do you have a LAYbuy pocket...?I did some other return at Number one shoes at Albany outside of mall and James did all return without any hassels. Renuek was the name of the shop attendant. I feel sorry for myself ,Renuek and Numbershoes and fellow New Zealand shoppers who have to bear with an almost monopoly with poor customer service and assistant across this store at Gelnfield Mall.

   A decent sized Hannahs store in Glenfield mall. A large variety of footwear is available and in stock at most times. The staff and the store manager are very nice and helpful. When we had to buy stuff from here, she went above and beyond her duty to ensure that we get the right product. Online orders are accepted and can by picked up in store here. The prices are on the higher side at times but one can easily find a good bargain in sales and discount days throughout the year.

   A great selection of stock, styles and prices. Staff were friendly and very willing to bring the requested size out to assist trial fittings, and help in making a selection. Thus shop is always clean clean and tidy with a great range on display at all times.
