The whole team including the leading hand inspected the heater and found that it was faulty and had it replaced with a new one. One kind gentleman English guy told to me to call them and said he would get someone to come to my house to put one together. I guess, taking something out for someone and accidentally breaking it means they end up with the bill, which is why they don't do it for you, in case you turn around and advise them of breakages.
