   Good paints but wanted a colour on the chart and they sent us a colour that matched another name on the chart so we assumed it was a mistake. When returning they refused to admit they made a mistake and didn’t offer us a sample only to sell a 1L tin purchased another colour and it matched colour chart exactly this proving they made a mistake yet no refund.

   When their product fails, you are on your own. I used their coating system on my boat roofs and the last coat failed (although painted on the early afternoon of a sunny day in June 2018) and the response from this company is that it's surely my fault and therefore I'm on my own to fix the mess (paint has chalked up and pigment separated). They will give you paint and a lecture, you do the sanding, masking and repainting...
