Love these guys! Honestly if I could give more stars I would! Great staff, friendly and always have a good laugh and do a great job. Best shop manager I have come across (sorry if wrong but think his name was Tim?) Absolutely nothing is a problem. Only had one tool I have brought back, he replaced it and the new one has been flawless, and every time I step in the shop I get great service and he even replaced a 24 inch chainsaw bar for free. I say it every single time I leave, will see you guys again soon!
I had originally thought that this merchant only had an online presence. It was only when I collected my order that I relaized they had a retail side, with stocked shelves. The entrance is on the left side of the the building through the gate. I ordered some hand tools, all of which were indicated as in-stock on the company website. After completing my purchase, I was notified one of my items was out of stock. Upon collection the next day, I found the out of stock item on the store shelf... The staff member told me that it's likely reserved for someone else and would need to come back the following week. A bit annoying that their stocktake was inaccurate, but pleased with quality of the small handtool products so far.
Exactly as ordered, 1 week to get here, PBT not good for delivery to Mahia, had pump sitting in Napier. Finally installed good value works well.
Very poor service. It took 3 times to get it right with multiple phone calls and unresponsive emails. First one manufacturer's fault Second one pre used and damaged Third one good
Sale went through quickly and product arrived just two days later - only slight issue. The plastic container is quite fragile and was broken in one corner - nothing lost.
Good customer service and product. But they should accept more payment options, no paywave and cash option, I did a bank transaction and just wait an hour in store just for the bank to be clear the payment.
Have had my Nordic polisher for 3 years now and it goes great. Had to replace my charger for it as they don't seem to withstand the pressure of a 23 ton digger running them over but customer service was awesome and very quick to help with courier issue. Thanks for all your help Brett. Garry Tauroa
Absolutely awful experience. Bought a work bench which was in stock, paid to have it shipped from Christchurch to Auckland and was supposed to have it a week later. The first one was delayed and then they realized it was lost, so a second one was sent. This one turned up with the box falling apart and the work bench damaged. I returned it to be told there was one more but their forklift was broken so it would be sent in a few days. After finally receiving the work bench, 6 weeks after ordering - screws are missing so I still couldn’t put it together - mind-blowing that they didn't check this before it was sent. I fully understand things sometimes happen out of a companies control but to have this many problems and delays and not offer of any type of compensation is pretty unbelievable.
