   Went to get some advice on finishing rocks and products for our garden. The staff member onsite was great with question and suggestions. Came back early Saturday morning to get a metre of rocks and was it was great service with a loan trailer available for two hours which have us plenty of time to offload. Great mahi from the team.

   Have been a regular customer here for some years. I live and work locally in a similar industry so always support local if possible. Wanted to get a loan trailer of mulch after work (4.30pm) on Friday and bring back trailer before I start work on Saturday (7.30am) but the condescending and scruffy staff member said nup... some deranged company policy.. not too sure how I was inconveniencing anyone? That’s pathetic customer service, I will never go back.
