Rom has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He is firm in the company processes, terms and conditions and answers any question precisely and comes back with answers immediately. In a nutshell: Rom is taking responsibility and ownership for what he does. He has a great mindset, works efficiently, has fresh ideas, is very structured and reliable. All that, with a strong service ethic, balanced with a nice personal manner is very trust building.
