“Totally Love the customer service at Mitre 10 Warkworth Today I went in to take back a radiant heater I purchased one month ago due to a major loss of heat. The whole team including the leading hand inspected the heater and found that it was faulty and had it replaced with a new one. “What lovely people in the devonport hammer hardware. I bought a pedestal fan from there on Saturday tried to put it together told them on Sunday didn't know what I was doing. One kind gentleman English guy told to me to call them and said he would get someone to come to my house to put one together. “I don't know what Clare was on about, they are friendly, knowledgeable and if they could do something for someone, they would. I guess, taking something out for someone and accidentally breaking it means they end up with the bill, which is why they don't do it for you, in case you turn around and advise them of breakages.
