   Bad experience :( one of the workers was swearing and yelling at my little brother to move out of the way when they were literally at our home and there was no where to go so it was a bit traumatic :( it was also dark as well so we couldn’t see anything only to have this white old man swearing at my brother. Very disappointed in this company to have workers that blatantly yell at young kids when they’re adults and should know better. Posting with my uni acc bc I don’t feel safe even at my own home anymore. Also, they were inconsiderate and noisy, blocking my home so we had to park on the street and took they 45 minutes even though they said it was only 20 minutes.

   Staff member Vanessa Gerraty appears to have a somewhat toxic attitude to both trans people and NZ from her unpleasant comments on FB. If that’s the attitude chosen to represent the company I certainly won’t be buying from ITM. Very disappointing to see that attitude in a service industry.

   Now 11:52pm, several road rollers are still operating in their place, cause low frequency vibration noice made resonance of my house. I called noise control they said they already issue $500 fine there was nothing they can do more; I called police, police asked me to call noise control. Tonight is my most helpless moment in New Zealand.

   Totally inconsiderate for the neighbourhood. Making loud noises sometimes from 5:30 am and from evening to the middle of night. Impossible to work from home without wearing a headphone during daytime. The whole house is shaking because of heavy machinery. Really don’t understand why they are allowed to operate so close to the residential area.

   We went here during the week looking for untreated wood for a project. They didn't have what we needed but the guy told us to come back on Saturday and they would rip-cut a couple of pieces of larger wood for us. Went back on Saturday and the Manager said "No, we aren't going to do that! They shouldn't have told you that....we don't have the time! " What lousy customer service. It would have taken him 5 minutes and we had waited all week for this!
