“Took in a 25 yr old perished cover cap from shower drain assembly. The service desk gentleman knew exactly the manufacturer and the correct part just by eye balling it. Then stated the individual part not in stock but could be ordered in, however, by the time you add in freight cost it was cheaper to buy a whole new assembly. Which I did. Very happy customer from excellent service. Well done”

“I had the pleasure of shopping at the Mount Maunganui store looking for test pots to paint some toys someone had asked me to repair.The two young ladies Lexly and Gracie took it upon themselves to gather the appropriate colour cards and then selected the test pots.
