Very poor customer service who is trying to sell you the same product for much higher price from walking trade customers, however they are selling same product on trademe for a lot cheaper! Shame on you guys! Bunch of clowns!
Personally went in to make a big order, explained that I needed it and why and how many workers would be on-site. Birkdale then set a date and time, I personally as CEO of IGOTU Off-grid Ltd stated again that timber etc would be available. I did not do this via email. I did not set the delivery date or time. The day and time passed they did not call UE Boom box going, big building happening in Valhalla Drive, all heard them state loudly and unprofessional THEY DON'T GUARANTEE ANYTHING. Wow, I asked for the Manager, owner who was there on my visit at the counter. She stated she was the owner hung up. BAD BEHAVIOR. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE BUSINESS BUNNINGS IS CHEAPER. I have had to ask the foreman to meet me there to ask back our cash. HONESTLY Intimidating the client is disgusting. JP is my neighbor, he can guarantee this review.

Always good service and a good range of products. They usually stock locally sourced timber when they can. Good trade account service and deliveries too
Great prices, great product and very helpful staff at the Birkdale branch. It was suggested to me by the old man that I should expect a 10% off cut ratio. The premium decking timber was of high enough quality that could have used almost every piece. I won't bother with the other places for our next job.
Spectacular in every way. Service, prices, everything. We originally shopped around to purchase timber and hardware to build a new deck. Went to one of the major brands who could not provide the materials or deliver within a week. We took our custom to Timberworld who not only undercut the big guys' prices but delivered great quality product the same day. Will definitely make Timberworld our first port of call for future projects.
