I am a home plumber with a few rentals I look after, I use the team at O'Briens for all my plumbing supplies. They help me with the plumbing terms needed, the right part and always offer suggestions when I ask about a problem I am solving. I have been going there year after year and happy to now write a review. I can't say enough how happy I am to be a customer.
I don't usually do reviews but i thought I should shine a light as these guys are awesome. They might come off as a bit rough around the edges, but they're really nice guys and have helped me out a number of times with great prices. Hope they continue to look after there customers and prosper in there business.
If you're planning to shop there close to the advertised closing time, best call to check that's the reality...I rushed to get there to pick up an item after an appointment in the city on Saturday, was relieved to make it despite the traffic, but at 12.50 they'd shut up shop...very disappointing.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to take parts of an old Caroma toilet and pedestal handbasin in and Patrick helped me change a seal and explained how to fix the plug. The parts cost me less than $10 when a previous plumber had advised I buy a new toilet system! Thanks again.
Experienced staff. So much assistance. I was hunting for a piece of seal for toilet flush. The stuff offered me clue and lead. I'd say, visit the O'Briens first, for your seals, and plumbing needs. I googled the seal over weekend, and realised I need to replace the whole valve. I am not sure if the replacement works with current button or the hole. I went to Bunnings, and advice was to replace the whole system. This would be costly for labor, as it wasn't an easy DIY project. I went O'Briens lunch time. The same guy, fixed my headache immediately. He sold me a valve, with cover for button hole. It coated me $70, plus DIY 30 minutes. This proves experience matters. Thanks to O'Briens. My toilet flush is working well now.
A guy name Petrus is such an amazing man. Helped me with my plumbing query and didn't charge me more for that. Very lovely service. Reliable and very good service
