My goodness staff are so nice. I bought 18 4.8m lengths of H4 150*50 and staff helped load on trailer and old guy, younger than me, taught me how to use big strips.

My first time pickup materials.. and they do have the materials i'm looking for. 1 hour tavel from south to get but worth it.. i love how they accommodate me... quick and sound. I might come back to get some more what i need if some extended store don't have enough stock.

The old blonde woman was insanely rude and arrogant.I asked for help and received nothing of the sort. I worked 15 years in customer service and this was bar far the worst display of customer care ever. Other staff were amazing
