Worst customer service ever!!! I asked the girl at reception to check the toilet seat, I showed her the measurements, she didn't even bother to check and just said they don't have it. No wonder there are so many negative feedback.

If I could put 0 stars I would! Just want a simple drainage sump, need a silver top so said I would buy that up the road, why keep selling me something I don't want! I made myself so f'n clear! How many times do I need to repeat the same thing and STILL you keep trying to sell me something I did NOT ask for Tradies, avoid these idiots! Not worth your time!!!
Price is a couple of hundreds dollars more expensive than other companies and service is not good either. I am not sure how this kind of company could survive nowadays!
Lady receptionist. Very blunt and not interested in doing her job. We asked a simple question was then handed a book and said its in there. And she then walked away. Will not go back. Which is a shame, own multiple properties, commercial, residential and retail. So always on the lookout. :( happened today before lunch.
I wasted several minutes in the showroom where no staff were dealing with any of the four potential customers. Saw one person on a phone at a desk with no interest in dealing with people waiting for attention. So I went to the trade division. Only one of the four team members I dealt with in the trade section had an interest in helping customers today - and he was otherwise busy putting a big order together. The moderate showroom display was an interesting look - but products with no prices annoyed me (and no one to talk to). The rather extensive trade section has a good variety of essential plumbing supplies. The item I purchased (that I needed urgently/now) cost me triple the online price from another NZ supplier.
just popped in to get some parts to cap of my water lines in the kitchen. Shay at the trade desk served me and man what a guy. Took me through step by step on how to do it and have me a great price on the parts I bought. Big ups to Shay, great service.
