I bought a pair of hiking boots online at clearance price but the size wasn’t right and so called up the store to check if they have the size for me. Sam answered the call and managed to find one for me (thankfully!) Hurried into the store at lunch time and Sam greeted me with a big smile and assisted me with the size check, shoes swap and everything was just a breeze! Great service from you! Any other assistance could have said- no, we don't have that, but Mina (beautiful Persian woman) went the extra mile to find out what I actually wanted, and sourced the product from another counter. Her gracious manner throughout, reminded me that purchases for myself deserve to be less hurried and to enjoy taking time for me.”
