   Busy today 31 January extra specials but one staff member very loud in full conversation with another shop attendant from another store, Rodd and Gunn, re not worked last 6 NY Eve days not paying for stand in manager, children upset she was working bla bla bla, queue of customers I was 4 in queue which passed while that one attendant was “ chatting “ other staff appeared embarrassed….. just by their looks. Not interested in hearing about her work life when there would be others lining up for her job. Rude. ……. I might say not the first time …… very unhelpful. The person that served me lovely as staff usually are.

   Really like shopping here, pricy but staff are very helpful. Rang to check if they had what I needed in stock and they kept it aside for me. Quick and easy, their items are somewhat spread across the store so better off calling them to check stock levels. The store is small so not much space to move around when crowded but it always smells nice in there. Some items are over priced for what is it but buy on sale to get a good bargin.
