   I was extremely angry. When I got home, I found that the clerk didn't remove the safety lock for me. This made me have to spend more time and fuel to go to the store again, causing me unnecessary financial losses.

   No acknowledging customers with a nice greeting or can I help you. Won’t except exchanges with tags and unworn items and a receipt of proof of purchase. Wait at counter to be served for a while. Then the staff a just rude. At this queen st store any ways. Lovely every where else

   worst customer service. one lady actually lunged at me for being near the door as i was trying to connect to street wifi it was the oddest experience. staff are always rude in there, only to say i will never go back to that store. if you want a good peter alexander experience go to st lukes, happy and positive atmosphere staff are almost always lovely and polite. this branch is a big thumbs down from me

   I've bought peter alexander pj's for mothersday as a gift for my aunt. The ladies there had THE BEST recommendations for her and I love the smell. Even though there EXPENSIVE it's REALLY worth it + there us so much choices to choose from. I'm also planning to get a job here at peter Alexander in St Luke's. Get a pair today. Sleep tight

   Kati the lovely Canadian (who I haven't even met in person) went the extra mile and beyond for me while I am stuck here in Quarantine in an Auckland hotel. She personally delivered my parcel and I Begged her for a real coffee which she was ever so happy to provide me with... I cannot thank you enough! Kati you are a true legend with exceptional customer service!! Thanks again :))
